This regulation legislation requires us to inform you of the personal data we hold to manage the The German Pinscher Club membership and judging lists, general puppy enquiries, dog shows and seminars we hold as a club and for you to request the deletion of your personal data that we hold.
You can request the deletion of your personal data by emailing/writing to the Data Administrator at [email protected]
The personal data we retain:
Your name
Your email address (if supplied)
Your telephone number/s
Your address
Amount of fees paid (Membership, Show Entry Fees, Seminar Fees, Sponsorships/Donations etc paid to the Club))
Breed of dog/s
Awards received at our shows
This information is kept and managed by the Data Administrator on a spread sheet on a password protected personal computer.
Communication is via email (for those whose email addresses we hold) and on the Club's website and Facebook page.
When emails are sent we send by blind circulation ensuring that email addresses are kept private and are not shared. We will not sell or exchange your personal data without your permission.
