Fostering & Adoption
There is no official rescue for German Pinschers in the UK because of the small number of the breed and the combined efforts of the Club Approved Breeders to do their best to put puppies in suitable homes. Unfortunately the unpredictability of life can sometimes change circumstances for owners and their dogs. It has been the practice of our approved breeders to take back their dogs if owners are no longer able to care for them.
The Club and our Approved Breeders welcome suitable individuals who wish to foster or adopt a German Pinscher of any age. We would like it to be known that in the rare instances a German Pinscher requires rehoming, it has been through no fault of its own. If you are interested in either fostering or adopting a German Pinscher please contact the Club Secretary, Karen Wakefield.
